I was already taking Vitamins B, C and D daily. But Vitamin A was usually an afterthought. It shouldn't have been, though. I'm a guy in his mid-50s and welcome both the boost to my eye health and my skin health that Vitamin A provides. This particular brand is easy to swallow and I like the 240% daily value these softgels provide. Take two per day, and it's a three-month supply.These are billed as "lemon flavor," but there's very little flavor to them when you take with a glass of water.Very good product. Read more
