My almost 2.5yr old just started his potty training anf this potty seat is the beat for going to the restrooms when we are out. My son was quite hesitate to use any potty cause he was afraid cause the public toliets were to big for him. Now with this seat cover he is able to sit with out feeling of "falling into the toilet and he feels stable enough to use the toliet! After introducing this, it's the ONLY way my child will try to potty. So much for the 4 other potty chairs I bought.. ugh. BAck to this though, it folds up to a good/small size, my 2yo can set it up himself (easy to use), it's a good size for him once set up (he feels safe on the big potty), and for the most part, it doesn't slide around. The only room for improvement I've found so far is that if he adjusts how he is sitting on it, while he is on it, there is a risk for it to fold in a little. When he sits back down, his chubby little legs can get pinched in there (it left a mark!). I would suggest they add a silicone flap over the bending parts/cracks, to prevent this, and it would be perfect! Read more

I did some research and this seat was recommended in several places as the best travel seat. Having tried the item at home I've got to say IDK where all of these great reviews and recommendations come from. This thing is a {expletive deleted}Cons: It isn't at all sturdy. Bows and rocks. Im scared it is going to snap with my 3 year old on it and injure him. Doesn't fit my standard toilet well at all. Have yet to try it out on a public potty so we'll see.Looks as pictured. My daughter is 2 and throughout our potty training journey, I quickly learned how terrified she was of sitting on a public restroom toilet, or any toilet for that matter, without a potty seat. She is a peanut for her age, so if she didn't have this seat, she would fall right in the toilet! She also doesn't like me to hold her while she goes, so this was a must have for being out and about. It is super compact, so it fits easily in a purse or diaper bag. Easy to fold and unfold. I bought the super nice Baby Bjorn potty seat and stool for at home but this little froggie seat is the BEST and most useful purchase I’ve made lately. It is exactly what I needed to get my toddler going potty in public. Is it well made? No. It’s made in China and you can tell. But, for $12 it’s changed our lives. Highly recommend!! Read more

PROS: portable, cute design, easy to clean. Nice to take to public restrooms.CONS: slips pads too small, hinges are loose so feels flimsy when folded out. Would not trust to leave child alone on toilet or to get on or off without parental presence. I’m very happy with how sturdy and easy to use this seat is. My 3-y.o. son is potty trained but needed a potty chair for travel. He took to it immediately.
