I bought these as a direct replacement tips for my Waterpik Ultra WP-100W. I'm disappointed and would not buy again.Although these can function in the holder, and "click in," they unfortunately rotate when they shouldn't. It makes it difficult to control the aim of the jet. With an original tip, and this is difficult to see unless you look very closely, the edge of the area just below the colored piece of plastic is faceted. That is, it has flat edges and isn't round. Cross sectionally, it looks like a stop sign but with perhaps 15-20 sides. These facets help it lock into the handle so it won't rotate. Unfortunately, this area of the replacement tip leaves too much space. It is just not a snug fit and can still spin. The diameter is a fraction of a millimeter too small. I tried another tip from the same pack and the problem remained. I put and original WP tip back in and there was no problem.It's ridiculous that they are probably stamping out thousands of these at the factory and couldn't take the time to make this within the right tolerance. Bought these extra tips specially because they are different colors n it would’ve been perfect for the family. They advertise these together with the waterpik flosser & its not even for this model. Why advertise it together??? Was so disappointed. Read more

The replacement tips didn’t work for my waterpik model. I have WP-450, which is wireless one. The tip fits into the place, however when I turn my waterpik on, the tip got loosened and I have to hold it down entire time I use my waterpik. I guess I paid what I got. Go back to the original tips even though they’re pricier. Read more

I have two waterpik flossers Models W150 & Nano 310. These work very well and they fit Perfectly.With this product just like the other one I purchased, I had seen a couple of negative reviews saying that they did not fit certain models or that the flosser would turn once the appliance was on. I had no problem with this.** Again I will say it just like in my last review, people have to CHECK the models, most of the negative reviews for this product are people who have SINGLE HAND HELD WATER FLOSSERS (the ones that look like an electric toothbrush).
