This product is amazing for anyone dealing with low iron issues. My hemoglobin dropped to 6.5. My doctor ordered infusions, which I refused. I asked her to give me 4 weeks of my own floradix regime and then see where my numbers were at. My regime was taking the recommended dosage of floradix twice a day, each time with 500mg of vitamin C (tablet). In 4 weeks my hemoglobin raised to 8.5. In 10 weeks it was at 14! Iron pills hurt my stomach so I started using this liquid iron. It doesn’t hurt my stomach at all, and no constipation. My 84 yr old mom had dangerously low iron and couldn’t tolerate the pills.
