This has an assortment of ingredients that are good for the joints and inflammation. However, I didn’t see any benefit from taking this at all..Glucosamine Sulfate is very good for joint pain. In fact, I think it’s a little better than the Chondroitin. This is actually better for you than taking ibuprofen as an anti inflammatory or so a doctor told me. I have a bad back and mentioned these two supplements to my back doctor. He said it works but they really don’t understand how or why.One of the side effects of too much glucosamine will be baggy or puffy eyes. Reducing or stopping the treatment will reverse it.Boswellia Extract supposedly is good for inflammation as is turmeric. The other ingredients are also good for inflammation but looking at the amounts, I don’t think there's enough in there to make any difference.Bromelain is a great anti inflammatory if you’re not allergic to pineapple. But the amount in this product just isn’t near what it needs to be to see results. You'd be better off just drinking a little pineapple juice.I did break one of these capsules open and tasted it. There really wasn’t much of a taste of turmeric and that's a very strong tasting spice to cover up. Pills and joint supplements are really hard to review mostly because you have to take them for a long time but certain things like joint supplement support and mood enhancers are a little bit more easier because they take about a week. I waited a little bit over a week to see results and I noticed that my body was moving a little bit more limber. I primarily work from home, sitting behind a computer screen most of the time and was noticing I was having problems standing up and getting a glass of water or basic things becoming cramped.I decided to give these a chance. After about 5 days I noticed my body with more flexible, it was no longer falling asleep as easier even though absolutely nothing in my routine changed. The results might have appeared earlier than that but I notice I wasn't stressing out or feeling any pain and movement the 5th day. I have not had anymore body cramps or knots in my muscle since I started taking these. so they definitely work. When the test sample runs out, I'll definitely buy a bottle of these. My husband was having joint pain and went to the doctor and was prescribed glucosamine and vitamin D, etc.I work out and I lift weight so I was recommended to star drinking glucosamine for my knee joints so I started drinking this joint support supplement.My husband said he has been feeling a relief on his joints after drinking this plus the vitamin D.I do wish this supplement came with vitamin D also so we don't have to be drinking several pills, other than that is great for us! I like this joint supplement because it has a lot of ingredients that help with inflammation and joint health. The dose for this is three pills so the whole bottle the last one month if you take it daily.I received this bottle in 4/22 with an expiration date of 10/23, so it definitely gives you a chance to try it over a long period if necessary or just to have a stocked supply. 3 capsule for 1,500mg of glucosamine. 1 capsule for 500mg. I take one in the morning and one in the evening. For me these take a few days to ‘kick-in’ but my treadmill running has increased with less knee lag. So, I feel more agile (for being 51). These are a great option whether your looking for relief from existing joint and muscle pain or looking for a good preventative supplement. The three capsules per serving are easy to swallow and they are tasteless and odorless. I'm using them to relieve existing shoulder joint pain and am sleeping better at night, with less tossing and turning due to pain. Recommended. Read more
Flexform has a mix of joint rebuilding and anti-inflammatory ingredients. It seems to be working well for me, keeping my flexibility up and pain down. The 3 capsule servings are easy to swallow and I have not encountered any digestion issues.Good product in my opinion. Read more
These did not do a thing for me. Nothing. I took the recommended 3 caps a day and there was no difference in my joint pain at all. I took them faithfully for 30 days without skipping a day. These were very disappointing. Read more
