I not sure about giving it to yourself, but I help my other half with it. Has to take iron and then needs this. Works in minutes of sooner so be near restroom. It's a suppository so don't eat it! There was a question of how it tastes so ? I wear disposable gloves so don't forget those. Read more

I’ve used the larger ones for years. Not daily but about Once per week. I took a trip and did not have any. Found these at the local market. I laughed at them when I got them and figured they wouldn’t work. I used two because I figured, small would be less effective. It was not as advertised. I have ordered it many times over many years and am happy with the product. I ordered it the same as always. A pack of three. I only received one box instead of ggree. I had to order it again and the same thing happened. Only one box instead of three. I spent $12.97 twice and only got $4.00 worth of product. I have no way to get a number to report this. Read more
