So I originally purchased this brush a month ago and I wasn't a fan.. I had read a bunch of great reviews on it and thought I would give it a shot. But it left my foundation very streaky and just didn't work out for me at all. So I left a review explaining how unsatisfied I was. Well this seller, Lamora Beauty, reached out to me. They apologized for the fact that I wasn't happy and said it was unusual for the brush to not work well so they simply asked for my address and resent another one. I have to say, this second brush worked a lot better so it's possible there was something wrong with my original brush. This company/seller is amazing to work with. I don't usually use a brush for makeup but thought I'd try this one. I really love it and can't believe how much smoother my makeup looks and is so much faster to apply.UPDATE:I've been using this brush for about 4 months now. I've cleaned it twice with no problems. After the 2nd cleaning, I noticed the bristles began moving up on the brush. After the 3rd cleaning, the brush began to fall apart. I used very mild solution and followed directions. Read more

UPDATE*** it’s now Sept 2021 and my brushes are still FABULOUS!! :)).Let me start by saying that I absolutely love these brushes. The kabuki and the contour set. I bought my first kabuki from Lamora in 2016. It is still good as new! I have added another kabuki and a contour set since then and they are superb quality! I did NOT receive any freebies or discounts for my review either. I wish that were the case lol... I do hate that several seem to have gotten a lemon so to speak. I clean mine about every 3-4 wks but I never submerge them in water. I use my hand and a liquid cleanser and lukewarm water. I’ve not had the first “hair” to shed. I hope Lamora will make good on the bad brushes but I will definitely continue to buy as long as I continue to have the experiences thus far. Please don’t submerge any of your brushes in water. It weakens the glue that binds them and if they have wooden handles the handles will swell them shrink and a $100 brush will fall apart from that. I’m now looking for eye and brow brushes by Lamora. I will definitely write a review on those as well and I’ll hope my great experience continues. I hope that great experience falls on the rest of their clients/purchasers as well! Read more

I am really impressed. I am a connoisseur of makeup and I have brushes in every high end brand, you name it, I have it. I like having spares cause I don't enjoy washing my brushes every week soooo I saw the high ratings on this brush and thought I'd give it a go and wow! This is an amazing brush. Great finish! Super soft bristles. It's fluffier yet fuller than the sigma brush that looks similar. I def recommend this brush to anyone as a must have essential to every beauty bag for foundation 😍. I've always used a make-up sponge of some sort to apply my liquid foundation. I've heard all sorts of rumblings about using a brush instead, so I decided to give it a whirl. I'm very glad I did! I really like the way my foundation applies with this brush. I get the brush a little wet on the very ends and my make up just glides right on. I'd certainly recommend it! Read more

I never used a brush like this for foundation, been using my fingers to blend for the longest. I went to Sephora to purchase a new foundation and watched the lady apply it using their brush which currently is $24.00. I bought it in the excitement of how it came out, then decided to check amazon to see the prices of comparable brushes and chose this one. It did not fail. It comes out great same using stippling method of application and uses just a touch of the foundation. No bristles left behind and is super soft and not abrasive. I bought this brush only bc of the great reviews and I am so glad I did!I’ve been using a combo of my fingers and beauty blender to apply concealer and foundation but NO MORE!I have been converted to this brush! It is sooooooop soft and feels luxurious.I’m very satisfied with how it applies my makeup.I’ll update if I come across anything that changes my experience. Read more

I wasn't expecting much to be honest, but this foundation brush does a great job. It doesn't chew / absorb all the product, doesn't leave streak marks and it is so incredibly soft. Handle is comfortable and brush isn't too light or heavy in weight. For the price, this brush is an outstanding value and beats other foundation brushes I have paid double the price. Read more

I've had this brush over a year now.It looks good and applies foundation well. I found early on that there were a few uneven bristles which I trimmed. No big deal.However, overtime it started losing bristles, which get stuck to your face. It's getting increasingly worst overtime. I feel it's almost at the end of its life in 1 year.
