I was so excited to give this to my daughter as her first ride-on toy because it’s so cute. We have only used it a few times and it pinched her finger so hard it left a blister! The seam in between The neck and head is a hazard. Also, I was aware that you can only steer this straight, but I had no idea how awful the wheels are. They are stiff and barely roll. I will be returning it! I thought Fisher Price made good quality products, but this is one they should recall! Read more
I purchased this for my now 14 -month-old son. Pros: cute red nose and other musical buttons. Cons: The wheels are difficult to turn/roll. He cannot put the seat up and down on his own. There is a lever that must be depressed to put it up both and down. Also, I wish I had a back support bar. In hindsight I should have returned it. Read more
Edit*** Amazon's customer service was amazing. Sent out a replacement item and was in perfect condition. My LO absolutely loves it, and loves dancing to the songs it plays. Definitely recommend 😊I was really excited about putting this together for my little one.. but apparently I received an item that has either already been used or some how magically obtained marks all over it. Gifted to my 8 month old and he loved it. I don’t know what it is, but he is obsessed with the fisher price puppy toys. The ears are soft, there is a volume control button, and it is very easy to assemble. He cannot scoot by himself yet but he enjoys riding it and using the flip up seat to practice walking. There is a release button to ensure that the seat does not give when the child puts their weight on it. Additionally, it makes TONS of different sounds and has some really catchy songs. 5 out of 5, definitely recommend! Read more

Purchased for our 10 mo old grandson for Christmas. Item was packaged securely, arrived a week ahead of scheduled delivery which was astonishing for 2020 holiday delivery (to Alaska no less !). I did not assemble the toy, but our son in law had no issues doing so and said all the parts where there and it was super quick and easy. Since our grandson is not walking yet, he cannot push the toy or ride on it without being held, yet. But aside from that, he just loves the rest of the features, the noises it makes, the toys that fit into it, and it is sturdy enough that he can crawl over to it and pull himself up by holding onto it without it tipping over or sliding away and causing him to fall over. This toy is something our little girl still plays with, and she's 2 now. She loves the songs, and the shape sorter, and of course just the simple fact that it is a dog.Because she's a little smaller, it took a while before she could actually ride on it, and so it was primarily a push toy, which was great, since we got it for her first birthday, and she started walking around then.I do think that the button to turn it on and off could have been in a different spot, since you have to reach down and under its head in order to turn it off. There have been several nighttime tripping moments when a nudge on its nose would start the dog singing loudly!The wheels are plastic, and so only work well on certain surfaces. Also, she had it outside, and went head first over the dog's head because the wheels stuck. So look out for those wheels, and be aware of that. They don't roll as smoothly.All in all, she has loved it, and we have been happy with our purchase. Read more
Poor packaging resulted in two discolored scrapes on the head and leg. This was a gift so very disappointed. I purchased it as a walking toy but it is not stable for toddlers using it to pull up from sitting to standing so it didn’t work for that. Front wheels do not turn on carpet or hard floor. Grandson did enjoy the other interactive features with music, shapes to feed pup but not worth the money for that. Read more
