I gave this 2-stars as it is basically a cheap bag but suitable for putting in the car and hope you don't have anything more than a few cuts or scrapes. Basically it has a few band aids, tweezers for removing splinters and some eye-solution, it is not intended for what it asserts it is for and this is extremely misleading! Am fortunate to have access to other items to make up a bag for disasters such as hurricanes, typhoons and earthquakes.Having removed everything from the bag, will rebuild this to a kit that is suitable for natural disasters.For future sales of this item suggest selling it as it really should be...a 'Basic First Aid Kit' Read more

If you need this bag please understand it is for only a handful of patients. It is not meant for heavy issues such as 6 or more people. Yes the tools come in handy but for something very major it will not be for you. In my opinion this bag will be used for camping, hiking, minor accidents, slip and falls, etc if you have a shooting or major knife injury get ready to destroy this bag and possibly drop a few items. Tired of mini first aid kits, not having what we need for any type of emergency. Absolutely love this and have already used some of the items. We keep this in the car as one day we needed the kit and found it was outdated and wasn't stocked. We also didn't have everything we needed. So we bought this and it has everything you need but we did add a clotting sponge and Sam Splint to it and so glad we did. I bought two kits for my church. I've been in EMS for 30+ years including Rescue Captain, and Crew Chief for a paid ambulance service. I bought equipment for 3 Fire departments. This kit is perfect for an organization that may have to use advanced first aid. The contents are well thought out, and great packaging. This is a great bag for occasional use. If you’re a first responder and just need a quick grab bag for you POV, then this one isn’t too bad. The carry handle and shoulder strap are very light weight and you definitely wouldn’t want to rely on them for anything more than an occasional quick grab and go...for short distance. If you’re interested in this bag for your home or small business, then it’s great for that purpose. It’s a great first aid bag for home or small business, but first responders will find themselves having to add quite a bit just to make it a basic medical bag. The only reason for the 4 stars and not 5, is for the very flimsy carry handle, shoulder strap, and the lack of real adjustment ability on the cover’s straps and clips. It wasn’t enough for me to send it back, but I have to always be mindful of how flimsy they are when grabbing this bag during an incident. Read more
