First of all: I’ve always been leary about taking this kind of supplement. I thought it would make me feel jittery, sick, or make my heart race….Within about 20-30 minutes of taking it even the first day, I felt very alert, energized, and focused, and mood lifted. I do take it with food, because my stomach tolerates supplements better and I feel like digesting it with food makes it more effective.Also it definitely suppresses appetite so be sure to take it with food so you don’t undernourish. For me it’s quite effective with 1 per day but when I started taking two (second with lunch) I still did not notice any jitters or anything.DRINK LOTS OF WATER. You should be anyways but maybe invest in a large water bottle to be sure. It’s a thermogenic effect so your body feels like it’s running hotter. Just gotta stay hydrated. It feels less effective if you aren’t hydrated too and you may feel a slight headache if you don’t.Like I said, I was skeptical about this. I really like this product. I lost 7 lbs. so far and am almost at my ideal weight. They do not have a bad taste and they're easy to take. I don't have any aftertaste anytime from taking these fire bullets. I didn't like that there's a high caffeine content but it didn't make me shaky and I didn't have any crash from these. Im a mother of four and weight is easier to put on than to take off. These pills made it much easier!! I lost 8 lbs and a pants size in two weeks! Mind you i drank a TON of water and am constantly on my feet and moving around. I cant say much else than WOW!!
