I used it for about 5 seconds before the roller head fell off and busted open. I thought it was attached correctly. I was pretty bummed since I was excited to try this out. I tried to go to product support for this item to handle this privately, but it said this item was not eligible for that service. I tried to leave seller feedback but for whatever reason, this item would not show up on my end to do so. There's no contact info on the seller page to reach out directly. I’m not usually one to take the time to write a review, but I TRULY love this roller! I have used it several times and always roll one side of my face at a time. The immediate difference is noticeable even to my kids. It reduces puffiness and makes my skin look younger and tighter.
