This product is great. I’m a hairdresser so can give a genuine review. Works quickly and effectively. It’s one of a hairdressers ‘go to’ products. Takes yellow tones away from highlights easily to leave a lovely soft ash tone. It works best on light blonde coloured hair. I’ve read other negative reviews on here and wanted to point out - if your hair is over processed, over bleached and in a fragile condition after a colour process and already a very pale blonde this product can make your hair blueish in tone. This is not what it is intended for. Also if your hair is not blonde as in one of the pics on here of a guy with short hair - this product won’t work. This arrived well packaged with the spout taped, in a bag, in a box. It's a good size at 300ml, larger than a standard bottle of conditioner. It has a handy pump top too.This is not a purple conditioner. If you've found your way here through searching for a purple conditioner then this may not be for you. It's a blue conditioner. I've taken photos of this product and photos of a purple conditioner so you can't see the difference. If you're particularly and specifically looking for violet tones then this probably isn't right for you. However, if you want to reduce brassy yellow/orange tones in your bleached/blonde/grey hair and you don't care what colour helps you achieve that then this will help. It's good stuff.The instructions say wear gloves and leave on, after shampooing, for 10 minutes. The first time I used it I didn't read the instructions and only left it on for about 3 minutes. I was underwhelmed by the results. I also didn't wear gloves and dyed my cuticles grey-blue. This came off easily with a nail brush and some soap though.Second time I left it on the full 10 minutes and the results were good, really knocked the brass out of my hair.As a conditioner it's nothing to write home about and it doesn't smell great either. It's smells a lot like the chemical used in stairwells and alleyways that reacts with urine and smells like bubble gum but also a bit...frowsy. However it doesn't leave your hair smelling like that and it does really reduce the brassiness. I'd have given it 4.5 stars, if I could, because of the eau-de-stairwell but it's a good product and I recommend it. Read more

I have quite blonde balayage throughout my hair and have been looking for something to keep the yellow and brassy tones out. THIS IS THE PRODUCT. After one use I cancelled my hair appointment for a gloss/toner because this completely toned everything down. Be warned, if you leave it on your hands too long your nails might stain a little, but tends to wash out by the end of my shower. Now I use it once a week, leave it on for 3-5 mins max and come out with soft, shiny, perfectly toned hair. Sometimes I mix the mask with a bit of the Rahua Colour mask for an extra moisture boost.
