The media could not be loaded.  Updated Feb 11, 2019:A day after I posted my review informing what happened (comments below) I received an email apologizing for it and asking if I would accept another device free of charge as a compensation. With my acceptance, in 3 days I received other steamer and this one was perfectly functioning and it is really good. The attention didnt stop there as they called me to make sure I was satisfied with the second device sent and also letting me know they were available for anything I'd need.I can say that problems can happen with anyone but the way you choose to address it makes all the difference. I would definitely recommend this seller and product.*****************Just received mine, poured in distilled water as recommended, plugged in 3 different power outlets, but it won't work! I purchased this for when I do facials and other services /Mobile cosmetology and Aesthetics. It's difficult to carry my heavy full size steamer on the road. I was very hesitant to believe a steamer could be as good as all the reviews were saying because it is just a small portable steamer but, i took a chance and i am really happy i did .. SO FAR i LOVE it .. i have only had it a few weeks but it has worked great for me and so easy to travel with .. super simple to use and works as well as my large steamer .. i was very surprised at the quality of it !! I am an esthetician and I purchased this table top steamer as a recommend from another esthetician. It seems to be a good steamer; I like that it had ozone and a cover around the hot glass to prevent burns. My only complaint is that the arm needs to extend about another foot. Read more

both my little rescue dog and I have had serious upper respiratory issues. My little dog was found emaciated, and had a number of serious infections, including an upper respiratory infection which have scarred her lungs. I purchased this steamer as an experiment to see if it would help us with our lung conditions. It is amazing!! She has gone off of the steroids for her lung condition, and it has really helped me come back to health after a sustaining a serious lung injury, due to a wildfire. It is wonderful, so it helped our breathing and if you apply lotion after the treatment to your face, (I put coconut. oil on her nose), its very nourishing to the skin as well! LOVE IT! Read more

I first ordered this facial steamer in March for my daughter’s birthday in May! I purposefully ordered it in advance so that if a problem occurred I would have enough time to replace it for her birthday. Well the delivery date came and went, no product! Okay, I thought I’ll give them extra time. After at least a week had elapsed and there was no news I decided to investigate. Apparently, the seller had forgotten about my order and only realized this after I decided to cancel it! I should have learnt from this. But because the facial steamer had gotten such positive reviews I decided to reorder it. It did arrive on time, in fact, prior to my daughter’s birthday and I did do a thorough examination of it and it was fine. My daughter was delighted when she received it especially as she could use it not just as a facial steamer but also as a hair steamer as Naptural85 had recommended. In fact it was because of her demonstration and recommendation in one of her videos that led me to making this purchase.However a few days later after my daughter’s birthday in late May, while preparing the facial steamer for a facial to her horror she saw that there was mold inside the chamber!! I unfortunately forgot to take a photo.According to the information which arrived with the product we were informed that it is tested before being shipped out to the customer and we suspect that this was how the mold probably occurred. I don’t know! It does not look as if it had been previously used when we received it. My daughter wanted a replacement of the same one. I’m not sure about that because to add insult to injury, the shipping cost was $62.40 to return the facial steamer because it was going to the US! Imagine that! aromatherapy 0/10everything else 9/10There's no aromatherapy container, instead you pour a little oil on a piece of fabric. Because of this, you can barely smell it. I used lemon oil and if I concentrated really hard I could *maybe* feel a very faint lemon aroma.The machine has 2 red leds, one for steam, the other one for ozone, and it beeps when you press them- twice when you turn it off.The tank is made of glass, which is rare, so less plastic-y smell. The steam is nice and soft, no sputters. There are heat guards everywhere so you won't get burned.The tank isn't removable, you fill it up through a large opening at the top, so no chamomile tea in this one.The steam arm is a bit difficult to remove, but that may be because it's new. It also looks like it's made of glass under the plastic guard.Overall I'm happy with it, time will tell if it will last. Read more
