I love that you don't have to look on the measurement on the side of the syringe everytime you need to syringe out medication because you can just set the required dosage from the top of the syringe and just withdraw whatever amount of liquid medicine that you need. My syringes never last long because the measurement print on the side of the syringe always fades off. So this invention is great because you can just use the measurement on top of the syringe and get accurate measurement. However, if you have infant, maybe this will not really work, maybe you need another smaller dosage syringe on top of using this because this starts at 2.5mls/0.5tsp. So if your dosage is 1.25mls, you need a syringe which can measure that amount - usually a 3mls syringe. I hope the company will make another similar syringe with smaller dosages. I almost didn’t buy this because of the negative reviews on here on cleaning this syringe. After using it the first time I realized all you have to do is unscrew the orange flange, then pull out the plunger. Done! Why is that so hard?? This syringe is sturdy, limits you to the four measurements so that could be good or bad, and is perfect size to give to a 3-4 year old.I highly recommend it for its sturdiness and ease to clean. We use this product to give our toddler liquid pain reliever. As he's teething right now, we use it about once a day. Initially I was skeptical that the mechanism for measuring out the liquid was really that necessary, but I have to say in reality it turns out to be pretty convenient. For those times when you're trying to keep one eye on the kid or when you want to ready a dose when the kid is distracted, every little thing helps.This item also accomplishes the goal I had when I bought it: a dispenser that was higher quality so the measuring marks didn't slowly wear off. Sturdy plastic, and we've been using it for at least a month now, which means it's lasted longer than the free ones that come from the pharmacy and it still looks brand new.As a bonus, the item fits snugly inside the opening of the liquid medicine bottle, so we can upend the bottle to fill the dose without needing one of those special stoppers.All in all, this is a good buy. This is such a great idea. My only complaints are that its too wide to fit into a lot of medicine bottles, and it sometimes takes a few attempts to fill it because you are awkwardly tipping the bottle and trying to get the tip into the liquid without spilling it out. Also, as with any syringe, there is some medicine left in the tip after the plunger is pushed all the way in, and with very small doses that could be a decent percentage of the overall dose. I always refill with water and have her take that too to make sure she is getting the complete amount. I do love how you can't over/underfill it though. Overall, I think it was a helpful purchase. I use this to get water from my aquarium to fill test tubes when I’m checking water parameters. It’s so much easier using this syringe than trying to dip the glass test tube into the water to try to get the right amount of water to the line. With this syringe I know I have the exact amount of water needed in every test tube. I’m extremely happy with my purchase and highly recommend this if you test your aquarium water. Read more

I used the product to get nutrition into my husband (86). He is in Hospice, has trouble taking food. I can let him suck the water from the syringe, feed soup, juice and soft foods. In his case I believe it is keeping him alive so he can see our children as we are gradually getting out of quarantine and the pandemic. This is, by far, one of my top purchases for our kid medicine cabinet. We have three at the moment, and will continue using these when they wear out! They're easy to read, easy to change dosage by twisting the plunger, and the top unscrews for easy cleaning. That said, beware: the numbers will fade on the outside if washed with dish soap too frequently. But with dosage clearly indicated on the top of the plunger, it's less of a deal breaker than any other syringe we've tried. Read more

Was so happy when I saw this on Amazon as I couldn't find them in the stores around me..cold & flu season.I've relied on this syringe for everything from sick pets to children & feel confident in the ability of smoothness of the plunger & being able to select the correct dose.
