This is a good D3 + K2 because it has the clinically supported dose of each vitamin. There are no proven benefits to taking mega doses, and for some people too much calcium is a bad thing (like if you are on blood thinners) so check with your doctor first.The first thing you'll notice about this is that the bottle is way too large for the minuscule amount of product you receive. I know there could be logistical reasons for using such a large bottle but they should try to reduce the waste. I've posted a photo showing how much little product is in their comparatively huge bottle.The next thing you'll notice is how utterly tiny the tablets are. I've posted a photo of one next to a regular life saver. It is probably 1/5 the size. So if you think these melts are going to be like candy, they are not that. There is so little there that I will probably just swallow them with my daily supplements rather than letting them melt in my mouth, seems like more trouble than it is worth.If you do let them melt in your mouth, they do have a very mild apple flavor, as advertised. It doesn't taste bad but it's not candy either. Just a slight hint of apple and it dissolves in your mouth very quickly due to the small size.I definitely think this is a good product and recommend it, but I do think it is on the expensive side at $23 for 60 tablets. I've snooped around Amazon and there are definitely comparable products for less, but they aren't melts. For quite some time I’ve eliminated supplements in my diet, but have recently decided to add Vitamin D-3 back year ‘round. Because of recent circumstances, I’ve decided to add the Vitamin D-3 with the K2 to prevent bone loss. It does help absorb calcium from my diet.
