I usually have a sore throat during allergy and cold and flu season. This product has helped. I am not sure if it improved my immune system but I skipped the allergy shots and nose spray while I was taking this product. Read more
This product is very easy to take and easy on the stomach. I cant say whether or not my immune system has been boosted but I do know that even though I take these on an empty stomach, I have had no adverse effects. Additionally, when I started taking these I've noticed an increase in energy and less fatigue at the end of the day. May or may not be related but that was the only thing that changed in my routine when I noticed the change. Overall all I am very happy with this product and will continue to take it. Read more

I received my order a few days after my dad was in a horrible car accident (3/2/21). And during that time, my mom, daughter and I were going back and forth to the hospital and dealing with the car and impound, and calls after calls.. it was a VERY stressful time for sure. So many great things to say. I’ve been taking taking the Beta Glucans made of organic relishing mushrooms for about 3 weeks now. The benefits of it helping with my allergies. Not just airborne allergies but the the symptoms of food allergies and intolerances. Eating or drinking something that may cause me to have mucus or congestion and this knocks it out or prevents it before it happens. Being able to wake up clear and feeling better and not crummy is one of the biggest positives to me. This pill is great! I suffer of a lot of runny nose and ALWAYS get a cold. I didn't have a cold or allergy while taking it and most of all it does not upset your stomach. I love that it does not have an after taste. noticed it also helps when you are overwhelmed or stressed out. It keeps you focused and going. I have had no adverse effects. Additionally, when I started taking these I've noticed an increase in energy and less fatigue at the end of the day. If you ever lived in Florida you know that the weather could go crazy rain, cold hot and I DIDN"T get sick! Overall all I am happy with this product and will continue to take it.
