I've been taking this before HIIT workouts for about a week. I'm definitely noticing that I've got more stamina during the duration of my workout as well as less soreness afterward. I tried this stuff before and I guess I used it wrong? Idk.. I like flavor so I put in 6-8 oz of reallllyyy cold (like freezer chilled) water, add the mix, and shake this vigorously for about a minute lot two and it tastes A LOT better!First thought : weird after taste but it works. I don’t feel sore after workouts and it does indeed help burn fat and aids in getting you lean muscle (with proper diet and exercise of course).I’m conscious of what I have my kidney and liver filter so I choose stimulate free and there’s no set back on my workout. I wish it came in a huge capsule, dosage 3-5 per day......If fat will not kill the aspartame in this surely will.I tried using by cap full.....WOW.....WAY to sweet for me. First, I was jarred by the review suggesting that rat excrement was claimed to have been found in this product and simply don’t believe it. This isn’t a company with a couple of guys scooping powder into containers in a garage somewhere - it’s a real company with high production standards so beware of these kinds of irresponsible claims.This is a great product. My son and I, who are both CrossFit people, have tried just about every BCAA out there and now we don’t buy anything else and we always ensure to have a decent supply on hand. Great product. Would recommend. Tastes good and I do notice the difference in fat loss when drinking this. It’s a little pricy, in comparison to other supplements, but would buy again on the basis of the results.
