We bought this Exersaucer after reading reviews for it and other exersaucers.Pros:-Beautiful colorful toys that engage our son and he enjoys.-Multiple toys play music/light up (Chamelon, Aligator, and the globe)-Keeps my super active son engaged for a moment so I can do the dishes or eat :)-Seat spins so that your child can play with all the toys and keep an eye on you too.- Initially all the toys were overwhelming for my son, so it was nice that I could take some off so he wasn't so overwhelmed.Cons:-Seat isn't padded at all. Its just a thin piece of cloth that goes around the plastic base. It seems like this would be uncomfortable for more than 10 mins or so at a time.- It took an hour to put together. It was fine because I let my son play with the toys while I was putting it together, but with 3 different size springs and a giant book, it is a task.- While it allows for some up and down movement, it doesn't really allow your child to bounce. I know it isn't a jumper, but I just wanted to clarify that it only goes up and down a small amount when the child stands and sits.- Some of the toys come out easily. My son Loves the Parrot and the dragonfly and he pulls them out regularly.- Needs 9 AAA batteries. In conclusion, I am glad that we got it for our son because at any moment I can cook/do dishes/ go to the restroom while knowing my son is safe and entertained. I do wish some of the Cons had be dealt with by Evenflo. Read more

First off my daughter LOVED this as an excersaucer. I gave this 3 stars because I wish I would have just bought an excersaucer and not this one that changes into 3 different things. We aren't going to use it for anything but an excersaucer because the other two options are disappointing. The activity mat is sad. I'm very glad I had a different activity mat. This one is a glorified changing mat in my opinion. She loved the excersaucer and it could keep her content and contained for about 30 minutes which was AMAZING! It bounces some which is nice. She learned to play with different parts of it as she got older. I like that I could choose to let it rock or not. The excersaucer feature gets 4 stars overall. I really liked it but thought it could be more educational. And putting it together was a PAIN, but I'm sure most are.My daughter is too old to go in the excersaucer now. I'm debating on turning it into the activity center. But the toys aren't educational and it will take up a lot of space. I think I'm going to buy a more educational activity table that is a square so it takes up less space. I've been reading reviews about the activity center setting of this one and it sounds like most didn't like it. Read more

Review is solely on the exersaucer toy, not the mat or the last toy setup. The first thing my husband said to me when he took this out was “are you kidding me?”. He says they made this thing overly complicated to setup. The toys wobble (some are held by a Velcro belt?) and others easily pulled out (parrot especially). Paint also chips off pretty easily. My son doesn’t seem overly interested in it either. For the price I would expect something that holds attention better and just an overall better toy.The camera has a “flash” while the photo pictures change. The globe has a few buttons that do light up and make different noises. The alligator I’m confused on. It makes noises when the pieces come together, but I’m not sure what they were going for. His favorite is probably the hanging bug which he reaches for and the monkeys that slide back and forth. There’s also this bird band trio and I don’t even know what the heck one of the birds is there for (as a drum maybe? I dunno it seems useless).Take it from me, the queen of buying toys to entertain my child... there are more fun toys exersaucer/jumpers out there. Read more

My 6 month old LOVES this thing. We literally have to put a time limit on how long he's in it, or he might stay for an hour+ (haven't tested it). ((Studies show children that spend too long in saucers/walkers walk as much as a month later on average)). I like that the gadgets come out and can be played with outside the saucer.Construction: Pretty easy. It was a little tricky putting the green legs on (put them on at an angle... no, a SHARP angle). It needs two people to get it folded flat easily.Battery life (we use Amazon rechargeable): The console gets the most use, and sometimes he just hangs on it, so at 30 mins twice a day, they lived from Christmas until February 1. Impressive The other battery powered toys are still going strong.3 months later: The sounds that are coming out of the console no longer match the picture (they're out of sync). He really pounds on that toy! Also, I wish the language button was on the back where he couldn't accidently hit it, so it would stay on English. The other languages are fine, but unnecessary. Wow this thing is awful. I got it for my son and he seemed to be entertained but it was designed so poorly. I have it on the floor in front of me to reassemble for my new babe and instead of doing it I'm writing this review and shopping for another one because it is so bad I'm going to throw it out rather than subject another child to it, mine or someone else's.There is paint on the beak of one of the birds that is baby mouth height and he chewed it off, gross black paint in a baby's mouth, not what you want. The butterflies are hard plastic and perfectly swing to hit your baby in the face with the length ribbon they're hanging on.A baby can't slide the monkeys over the top of that arc until they're basically too large to be playing in this. The camera button is kind of hard to push. Those are just the things I remember off the top of my head, the rest of the parts are in a bag I decided not to open and am just going to toss out because it's trash day. Thank goodness. Whoever designed this never put a baby in it. Read more

The only reason it's not getting a one star review is that it's quite good in its primary form (as an exersaucer). Unfortunately it's borderline unsafe when assembled as an activity table (as per the instructions). It is extremely flimsy; if my one year old were to try and pull himself up near the middle where the two halves join the whole unit bows to the point that I'm sure it would break in short order. In my opinion the problem is that the "table" doesn't have a base, so the centre joint takes all the stress. The brown legs just slide freely (and independently) on the floor. Read more

Compared to other similar items, this one has so many more toys! The entire circle is chock full of toys whereas the other ones from Skip Hop and bigger brands look sparse. Love the jungle theme and the globe plays songs from Africa, India and South America. That said, be prepared for a major set up. There are so many pieces and it took me over an hour to assemble it all. It wasn’t difficult; you really just need to commit to doing each step based on the instruction manual. But it does take time and patience. The legs were also hard to jam in—I had to get my husband to do that part. Also the seat is a flimsy piece of fabric—it’s holding up well and my baby is big—but the other brands’ seats are a padded fabric and seemed much sturdier. Read more

The media could not be loaded. My daughter LOVES this thing. She screams and giggles (shes 6 months) and just can't get enough of it.A bit of a pain to assemble, but it's a lot going on AND it's for 3 stages of life, so its assumed to be a little irritating for being worth the value. Was trying to decide if she would like a jumper, but with this she really doesnt need one! It jumps a little bit when she does, so its wonderful. Read more
