My doctor instructed me to take two twice a day for inflammation. I do notice that I have less pain and my inflammation markers have gone down some. I wish they were not so expensive. They are very large, but I do really like that they are easier to swallow than capsules since they smooth and soft. Read more

Unfortunately it has not been able to replace my Tylenol arthritis meds yet. I take it twice daily for chrnic moderate low back issues and still need to take the Tylenol for relief.Trying until all of this bottle is completed but will not reorder if it cannot replace my Tylenol which I was hoping to do.Disappointed!!!
