I have Celiac disease. I didn't get Celiac until I was 42 & it came pretty suddenly. Celiac messes with your body's ability to digest food among other things. I have a problem with digestion, and after taking this supplement especially with meals that have meat, wheat, and fat which give me my bloated stomach, I don't feel uncomfortable at all.
