I am 72, and was having digestion problems, but as long as I take one capsule with each meal, all is well. Having checked the formulations within this brand, I find it has enzymes for just about anything you would want to eat, including almonds, which are a major item on keto diets. Read more
These have really helped my digestion along with a healthier diet for my health issues. I have Lupus & asthma & am now off wheat, dairy, grains, legumes & nightshades. My bloating, gas & stomach aches are almost gone. I accidently got this, instead of the Digest Spectrum. I have a milk protein (casein) allergy. I can't have milk or any thing with a trace of milk, without something to break it down. I was so disappointed when I got this. I was told by someone at the health food store that Digest Spectrum was the one I needed for milk protein allergy, so I have been buying it for years. I decided to take Digest anyway to see if it works, it does! It seems to be a bit more effective than the other. Instead of taking 2 caps with a meal, I take 3. Das beste Produkt welches ich seit Jahren gesucht und endlich gefunden habe. Kann seit vielen Jahren endlich wieder richtige Portionen essen und mein Gewicht halten. Davor, mit dem Schweinekram-Pankreatin konnte ich kaum essen, weil's nicht half und jede Menge Gifte auch noch enthalten waren (Phtalate, Stearate usw.). Habe damit meine Gesundheit noch mehr ruiniert. Leider verordnen die Ärzte nur das "Pharmazeugs", egal ob's hilft oder nicht. Auf o.g. kam ich leider erst durch jahrelange Recherchen. Viele Produkte sind für die "Katz", weil sie einfach nicht in jedem PH-Bereich wirken. Aber genau das ist wichtig. UND DIESE ENZYME VON ENZYMEDICA wirken so wie es sein soll und vor allem wirkt es zur Verdauung aller im Essen vorhandenen Stoffe. Das war mir sehr wichtig, denn als Vegetarierin braucht man vorwiegend Verdauungsenzyme für die Cellulose. Welches andere Produkt hat das schon? Die Bandbreite der Enzyme ist enorm. Dank dieser wunderbaren Enzymmischung kann ich wieder mehr essen und verdauen. Sie ist ihr Geld absolut wert. der Tipp kam vom Darmbuch des Dr Runow. Er empfiehlt die Einnahme von pflanzlichen Enzymen die bessere Wirkung erzielen, als tierische. Für mich kann ich dies nur bestätigen. Read more
Die Entdeckung von Digest war für mich die Rettung nach jahrelanger Bauchschmerzodyssee ! Allerdings muss man individuell austesten wieviel man davon braucht. Bei kleinen Mahlzeiten reicht 1 Kapsel, bei proteinreichen Mahlzeiten brauche ich 2 davon und bei fettigem Essen brauche ich 1 Digest und 1 Lypo Gold dazu. Bitte individuell austesten. Das Gute ist, dass man auch nach dem Essen noch 1 Kapsel nachwerfen kann wenn man merkt, dass 1 nicht reicht.
