This clay will remove poisons from your body through magnetic osmosis. Do a combination of slurry mix rubbed directly on your body and blender mixed into very warm water. Stay in the bath for 30 minutes up to to a couple of hours. It is exhausting because the toxins are going through several layers of skin and organs. Read more
I bought this because sometimes I’m one of those consumers who you would think that website Goop! makes all its money off of. That being said the clay/mud bath concept really works. I’m sure the “magnetizing” part is a gimmick, but I actually noticed that 1/2 - 1 cup of this in my bath actually drew out a lot of my toxins. This product when used is extremely messy. Unless you put a couple tablespoons in there (hard to do when you have a huge tub like mine), you are going to be left over with extremely messy residue that will take 15 minutes to clean up per time, while also wasting a TON of paper towels. The suggestions say to put it in a blender, which I also did, only for my blender to have residue from this clay stuck on it after a heavy duty wash by me AND my washing machine. It totally contradicts the idea of a relaxing and detoxifying bath, because when your done your going to have a LOT of unnecessary and unwanted cleaning to do. Not worth it. Read more

I love this. While I can't prove its ability to help me detox, I'm pretty sure it does. I have been dealing with a very incalcitrant skin disorder. This was recommended by my herbal therapist. I will definitely repurchase it. You don't need to go through all the rigamarole the company suggests to dissolve it in the bath. Just sprinkle it over the surface of the water. I also let it go down the drain with no problems. No need to do the straining with the screen they include. Have tried it in two different tubs. One time I let the tub drain and found the clay left behind on the tub so I just wiped it up.Edit: A few months later, I am purchasing my second box and sending one to a friend. When I get my new box, I'll be sharing it with another friend. It has lasted me awhile by using a little less than recommended since I also use magnesium salt, sea salt, boric acid, citric acid and essential oils. Read more
