I mean, you could use coconut oil and it would be better for the skin. You do need 'slip' when doing gua sha so because my chiropractor suggested I get this, along with the tools, I got it. But knowing what I know now, I wouldn't buy it again. No offense meant. Read more

I found out about this through going to physical therapy for tennis elbow. When used with the massage knife it was designed for it loosens everything up and feels great. But a little goes a long way so use sparingly. Smells good but not strong so will work for persons sensitive to fragrances. Read more
