Elastogel All Purpose Therapy Wraps are the most universal of all wraps. Apply these wraps to all parts of the body. For smaller areas such as forehead, elbow or ankle the recommended sizes are the 4"x24" or 6"x16" wrap. The 6"x24" is recommended for areas such as, knee and neck. When treating larger areas such as leg, shoulder, chest or back our 9"x24" is perfect. Additional lengths are also available. Product is also sold by the each unit.

I have ordered three of these so far, one for a friend with lumbar disk herniation and two for my wife with knee arthritis. These work well. We have two so we can switch out when needed. Do not forget to store in plastic zip lock bag provided when freezing. They are not super cold, but cold enough. The outer portion of the wrap protects the skin from freezing, even if frozen in a deep freezer to -5 F. However, we do use a thin wrap, if it feels too cold. This is a good size for large areas. I only use as an ice pack. I have never tried heating any of the Therapy wraps. It is really heavy though. The straps do not reach if using for your back with the 9x24. I just lay on it or against it for that. There is a larger size of you need to have the straps reach All around you. Read more
Shipped for and purchased many different hot or cold wraps. This wrap stays soft and flexible for comfort on your site body parts. I used after my knee replacement surgery. Same wrap the PT clinic used for icing my knee after therapy. I use a clay bead wrap for hot therapy instead of this elasto gel one. Read more

I ordered the longer one so be sure not to let the ends of the gel pad touch the sides of the microwave. You have to fold it over to make it fit. Read more
