I got my mask two days ago. I charged it for 3 hours as instructed, and the red lights came on and all was well. I set the treatment time to 20 minutes. About 15 minutes into the treatment, the lights dimmed to a dark yellow (amber color). I recharged the remote for over 8 hours and tried again today. The mask started up, but did not appear to be red as before, just a dark yellow. Also, at the end of the 20 minutes session, the charge was almost gone. The mask does not appear to be holding its charge.Please advise. I hope to resolve this issue without having to send the product back for a refund. Thank you - SG Read more

I love this product, but the USB plug stopped working. I even tried another cord to test. It is the part on the mask that stopped working. :( :( :(Less than a year old, and for the price, I would think it would last a bit longer than not even a year old. Read more
I followed the limited instructions for this device and set the timer for 5 min. My skin burned. Then I broke out in hives Then my whole face peeled leaving small acne burns. They offer a calming cream but I may be allergic to it. There r no instructions for this cream but the face shieldis supposed to be used with product . I tried it bare faced and the results were not as bad. I am now looking to return it. I watched a youtube tutorial on the ecoface and the hot and flashy lady loves the product. When lights stopped working, I attempted 'recommended fix' in product guide. No success. Instructions also recommend contacting manufacturer before contacting Amazon should there be a problem. Their non response has delayed any repair or replacement for additonal 2 months. Company does not stand by their product. Customer service is truly non existent. Product is unusable. Read more
I've had no issues with the operation of this mask. My skin began to purge after a few uses. It was the serum that was causing that. I was having headaches after using. I resolved that by not walking around with it strapped to my head. I use it first thing in the morning, laying in bed with it sitting on my face, eyes closed. I do gently peels weekly and TCA every few months and deep microneedling. This is helpful in speeding the peeling and healing. I've also seen improvement in the appearance of two scars.
