I really like the Ecco Bella deep taupe Eyeshadow. I used a different brand for years and decided to try this brand. I like that the colors are bought separately. When a color is used up you replace it. The other brand I used didn't have that choice. The Bella eyeshadow lasts all day; I was really surprised that it did. My skin is very sensitive to products, but I have had no problems with the Bella eyeshadow. I also bought the Duo Compact to put the eyeshadow in, which works great with the 2 eyeshadows I bought. I am an x-New York Model, and have used almost every eye product available. Two years ago I developed the worse allergy to all eye products especially liner and shadow. I am fair complected and have blond hair and blue eyes, so not wearing eye products is almost out of the question. I was looking for a non-toxic dark brown eye shadow to replace my old one. I bought the "Earth" shade, which is a matte cool-tone dark brown. It arrived intact. I put it in my Z-palette and it does kick up a little bit of powder, but I am okay with that. It is very pigmented. I use it for the outer-V, when I want a smokey eye makeup look. It blends well. You could apply it light-handed for a natural daytime look. I use my eyeshadows with primer and don't find any difference in durability compared to other eye shadows with the same primer.
