Do not feed your babies this cereal...it is a fraud! We have been buying this from the store and decided to try the subscription on Amazon for convenience. I immediately noticed a difference in this cereal's color and consistency from the store bought box. After comparing the nutrition information against the store bought box, I realized I was right!! This "cereal" is nothing but flour...there are zero vitamins/nutrition in the product sold here!! The box is different, the pour spout is different and on the wrong side of the box. THIS IS A FRAUD! DO NOT BUY!!PHOTOS: Store bought box on the right, amazon box on the left Read more

The media could not be loaded.  I've been bulk ordering these from Amazon for the last few years and we love the product itself. However there was a GROSS surprise this time. At least 4 of the cartons (because those are the ones I checked...my kid consumed a bunch of them before we noticed) had bugs inside the sealed boxes! The boxes come individually wrapped in plastic and sealed with red adhesive at the spout. When pouring out oatmeal for my kid, I noticed something crawling in the bowl. I then checked the remaining 4 boxes and found these bugs inside them! They must have come that way because each box was individually sealed with plastic until I opened it. Here's a video of the last one...you can see us opening the packaging at the beginning. And then at about 4:30 mins you'll see a bug come out of the box...totally gross. I love that this is organic oatmeal but it doesn't mean we want bugs in it :( I urge Earth's Best and Amazon as the seller to do something about this...so we aren't feeding our little ones bugs in their oatmeal...ew!! So, I wanted to save a few dollars but most importantly, time going out to store to buy this cereal. What I received is not the same formulation, as the one sold in the States. This one didn't contain all of the vitamins/minerals in the US version. Then, the pour spout is less convenient, being cardboard and US version is plastic. And while this one is Germain made, the lack of vitamins/minerals makes it less nutritional for my baby. Read more

I usually get this cereal for my kids from the grocery store. All three of my kids have used this brand and I never had any issues with it until I needed to start my youngest with this. I tried ordering it on amazon and I got a whole case. Every box I have opened so far in the case has been filled barley a quarter of the way with cereal. I don’t know what the deal is but this is a total let down. Read more

Bought this because I am concerned about higher As level in rice. Bought a box of 10, some have a strong smell (very strong, like aged oil). Not sure if it was spoiled. (by the way one box I bought from the local store also had a strong smell, far from expiration date).Baby didn't like the strong smell of course, so I through these away (just 1-2 out of 10).Everything else seems to be fine.
