We’ve only had this watch for a few days, so I can’t speak to its durability yet. However, I am very happy with how it works! It’s very easy to program, and I love that it vibrates instead of beeps so my child’s classmates are not distracted by it.We discovered an added bonus too — while we got the watch for a specific time during the school day, we also set a wake-up alarm. My child doesn’t hear his normal alarm clock, so I had to wake him up every morning. The vibrating alarm on his wrist does wake him up, so he can be more independent and responsible in the morning too.My child also reports that the band is comfortable, and he doesn’t mind wearing it. Updated- I originally gave the watch 4 stars because the band was flimsy and difficult to buckle. My 9 year old uses it as a medication alarm and reminder to use the bathroom more often. The pin in the band finally broke and I contacted the company. They have fantastic customer service and have apparently updated the plastic pin on the band to metal and sent a new band. I'd hoped that this watch had repeating alarms in the sense of setting one to go off every 15 minutes or so. Not the case. Eight distinct alarms available may or may not work for what we need - we'll try it, and if so, great. Otherwise we'll return it and try one of the more expensive options. Read more

We love this watch. My 7 year old son needs reminders at school but we didn't want anything that would call attention to him or disrupt the classroom. This watch was perfect because I could set the exact times we wanted the vibrating alarms. He thinks it looks cool, which is important since it means he'll actually wear it! I was happy with strength of vibration but it wouldn’t rouse my child. He’s a deep sleeper. It was great for med reminders until it stopped functioning correctly. My son liked that he could use it as a watch and within a week, the button to change alarms and settings no longer works. Very disappointed. Would not recommend due to durability. The media could not be loaded.  We thought this would help with e-learning, reminding our child to move to the next live meeting. Child loved the look of it, but the alarms did not function after we (painstakingly) set them up. Now even when fully charged, it does not even display the time. We took a chance on an inexpensive product, but unfortunately it didn't work for us. If it was working, it would be a very good watch for the price. This watch was ALMOST impossible to program the alarms. After spending about an hour trying to program the various alarms, we finally got it right after two days. Just to have the alarms Modified when the kid touched the buttons to turn the alarms off. The band broke on the third or fourth day. Complete disaster. Read more

Instructions?? There ARE NO INSTRUCTIONS!! And the barest minimum that there IS…it’s missing like, 3 steps in between! It’ll say, press “a” button.Well, There’s ONLY ONE!! Effing Button!!!And no pictures, etc other than what’s in the advertisement… which really wasn’t helpful, either!! Except for picture #3… showing me where to PLUG THE Freaking USB in!! EDIT: Unfortunately, the lack of water resistance bit us. Minus a star - it really should be able to take a run or two through a sprinkler. Sadly, a bit of water shorted it out and now it won't hold a charge. So it was great for the month or two that it lasted.This thing is brilliant. Our son was having trouble remembering to go to the bathroom, so we set this up with a regular alarm that goes off every 90 minutes and he loves it. He's in control, it's high tech, and he hasn't had an accident in two weeks since we go it.It took about 30 seconds to set up and get going and we haven't had to touch it since, except to charge occasionally.I'm crossing fingers he doesn't develop a dependency on it but... one thing at a time. Came 11 days later than time frame. Watch is so frustrating to navigate and set alarm. There is only 1 button on the watch which is used to do ALL settings. It takes way too long and doesnt allow you to properly select things or to even know if youre on the correct alarm.i do not recommend at all. Read more

Clearly this was a return item as charging cable has been used, the seal is missing and worst of all the watch is missing. Tried to instigate a return but was going to get less than half my money back due to restrictive way returns work and postage costs. Extremely dissatisfied. Worst thing is, the box is clear so the picker/packer could easily see there was no watch inside. Total waste of my precious time and money. Read more
