Updated Review :There is an issue with the heating element , at times the machine stops working when you use the heat mode for more than 5 mins and then you need to wait for the heating element to cool down- I have tried using it on different power plugs all have the same issue. Dyson changed my machine, faced same issue with the new machine, sent it for repair - same issue continues. I have never been let down by such an expensive purchase before. Looks like all the positive reviews and videos are paid.Buy from Dyson directly you will have a month to use the product and return if you don’t like. The dryer is brilliant. It can dry your hair even with cold air. The brushes, smoothing and round are just amazing. They give volume and adds shine.I haven’t completely got around using the curler yet because I don’t have time, but till whatever I’ve used, it’s been satisfactory.It’s a worth it investment as with proper care and use, it’ll last a lifetime (or at least 10 years). Absolutely amazing.. there are dryers and then there is dyson.. it is like a mini salon in itself.. it takes some time in getting used to but once you get a hang of it , you would never go back to an ordinary hair dryer.. i have thin hair and this just adds the salon style volume in just 5 mins.. initially i was not a fan of roller attachment but when i started to use it , it is just the best.. you can go from straight smooth hair to salon styled curls quickly.. love love love it... thanks amazon for getting this.. if i could give 10 stars .. if you like styling your hair ..go for it!!
