This company is still maintaining the same high quality they had from years and years ago when I bought a product from them from a spa, same high quality fabric, scent was perfect, not overpowering, and it is very helpful for using around your neck. The reason for the four stars instead of five is that this was just a bit too big, requires 3 minutes in the microwave and doesn't stay warm enough to be therapeutic for more than 10-15 minutes but if you have a really tight knot in your muscles, this really does feel amazing if you can't get to a jacuzzi or in for a massage, its the next best thing! I also use a small electric blanket which I use for my back which I find more helpful but for your neck this wrap offers more intense heat and if you keep heating and reapplying and alternate with massage it can help, feels very nice and offers you a way back to feeling better. I bought my first one many years ago, helped me sleep and leg cramps. It got old (my husband now uses it) so I purchased the same brand for my Christmas present last year, this one came from Amazon, a bit smaller and better smelling, loved it so much that I just purchased another one to take camping. I sometimes use it if I can’t sleep, helps me relax. My first one was bought in 2009, from the original company, still works, but the scent in the new one is better. Read more

Highly disappointed. I’ve purchased one before for my massage office and loved it, wanted a new one even though there was really nothing wrong with the old one, but this new one stinks even my clients say it smells like burnt popcorn. The last one is 7 years old and still doesn’t. Sadly the quality must have went downhill. Read more

I've bought these DreamTime wraps from a local spa for 15+ years until they closed down. I found them here on Amazon and although they still are amazing for heating up and bringing warmth, the spa like smell seems gone within a few micorwaves. My old ones smells used to last for months with regular use. Read more
