I've been using this cream for some time now (it's also found in certain pharmacies) and it has helped soothe severe pain that I was experiencing in my knees. I think it's an excellent product and I especially like its minty smell.I've read a few of the reviews complaining about the cream not listing the quantities of its ingredients, but my guess is that the label doesn't show this because the product is a "cosmetic" product and cosmetic products don't ever list ingredient quantities. Over the counter (OTC) products, on the other hand, are required to list ingredient quantities, but that wouldn't apply to this particular product. Read more

It definitely gave me fast relief . I applied a little more than a pea size, one on my hip , the other one on my lower back just before bed. That's the good news. Ok, full disclosure I really did not buy it. I got it through the Amazon Vine product testing program.But, here it is why "I don't buy it."1) It does not list the amount of the active ingredients you are getting (Glucosamine, Chondroitin, MSM). Even a toothpaste tube discloses the amount of active ingredient it has. So, you have really no idea what you are getting.2) Given that the active ingredients are not measured, this product certainly has not been tested. You have no idea if it works. Other reviewers have indicated that topical treatments with similar content had mixed scientific reviews. But, in this case you don't even know if the cream uses therapeutic levels of the active ingredients.3) It has a lot of chemical additives that seem totally unnecessary, and may be genuinely harmful. These include Hexadecanol, a sugar alcohol, that has implication for gluten sensitive people, celiac disease, and diabetes. It also has Triethanolanine that has tumor growth implication.So, here you have it. This is a product with unproven and untested health benefits combined with chemicals with known side effects and health implications. Read more

When it comes to such claims with relieving arthritic pain, especially along the joints, I am always very skeptical. None of these such topical products ever really work for me. Some will help with various muscular aches and pains, but none of them have ever done anything at all with my arthritic joints.Once in a while, I'll have some arthritis flare up in one of my knuckles. This was happening today, and it hurt really bad. It was along a finger that gets a lot of workout from me and nothing else was doing the trick. Rubbed this white cream all along that knuckle, one time, and about an hour later, there was much, much less arthritic sensation. Believe me, I was shocked. Figured that it would at least take several applications before any sort of relief might do something. Like I said, nothing else has ever worked with that sort of pain. There's still a very, very little bit of barely noticeable sensitivity, but it's not what I can really even call a pain anymore. It was really hurting a lot previously. Plus, I'm one of those people who tends to wash there hands a lot (but not OCD), and this stuff apparently sunk in and did what it had to do and held up to several hand washings.How well it might work on larger joints, only time and use will tell, but it sure impressed me with what it did for a much smaller one.
