When we were small children, our family used Sayman's Salve was the go to "healing ointment". For many years, I have looked for it in stores and have been unable to find it. Halleluiah, one day I am browsing Amazon and there it is! It does not smell the same, so I am thinking it is not all the original ingredients, but it does WORK! This is the most amazing salve. I us d it for ingrown toenail which was suggest by my sister in law. Both big toes were sore and one looked infected. I had gone several months before to doctor for one and it returned. I have an old one of these from like 1950s or 60s and my grandfather use them he says they are very good for it's like a Vaseline mix them with Neosporin and just does it helps insect bites scratches rug Burns rashes anywhere on the body Read more
I am so thankful to have found this product again. My mom used it as I was growing up. when I had my own children I couldn't find it in the stores. It's a great product and works very well on many different condition's. I tried it on my contact dermatitis and it works better than the prescription medications. This salve has been around forever. My wifes parents used it all their lives and Now me and my wife use it for minor cuts, burns, etc. It works great. It uses to be sold in the stores as Sayman Salve, but got discontinued. My mom used this on me growing up for everything. I have a 3 year old grandson that has eczema very bad. His skin come off of his hands and legs looked like he had been burned. He scratched hisself so bad especially at night and got very little sleep. His parents took him for allergy testing and we bought perscription and over the counter items and nothing seemed to work. I decided to see if I could find some sayman salve. It has worked wonders and made the biggest difference in his life and everyone else’s. I have been useing this sense my oldest son was a baby (he's 51) use it for all my kids with diaper rash,cuts, My hubby was a General Contractor (now he's simi retired) and he still uses it on his hands for cuts, etc. It's sad that you can't buy it in a brick store anymore.
