The media could not be loaded. This goes deeper than the recommended length of needles for typical out of office microneedle derma rollers (doctors recommend going no longer than .25 at home). It works great, but research a numbing agent if you plan to use more than .25/.5 mm. Also, keep it sterile with alcohol and replace needles often! I would definitely do some homework before using this at longer needle lengths.Updated: I was hesitant to purchase this because of someone who stated this is a waste of money, as the needles just vibrate and don't pulse up and down like the professional derma pens do. After doing some research about this, I came across a very clear way to tell that the needles do pulse up and down. Take a video of the device with the tool on and set it to the "slo-mo" feature, you can clearly see that the needles are going up and down. They just move so fast that it appears to vibrate.
