After taking 2 capsules daily faithfully for 2 months, I feel that I am qualified to write this review. This has worked amazingly well for me. I can recommend it without reservation because it has worked for me.This is who I am: I am a 50 year old female who has exercised consistently for 32 years. I am a certified personal fitness trainer with a degree in nutrition, and have personally applied everything I know and teach throughout my life. I have engaged 6-7 times a week in a variety of exercises, both to increase and maintain fitness levels, and avoid injury. Consequently, I have been blessed to enjoy excellent health and high energy levels. I have maintained the same weight (about 125-128 lbs) since adulthood except in pregnancy. I have never had joint pain in my life...until about a year ago. I awoke one morning with extreme pain and instability in my right knee so severe that I could barely walk. This was bizarre to say the least--the day before I ran 2 miles and felt completely normal. Long story short, after several weeks of ice and compression and Ibuprofen, it improved to the point that I could walk but it was still stiff and unstable. I finally got in to see an Ortho who dx an issue with my medial meniscus but X-rays revealed nothing. The Dr. prescribed meloxicam 15 mg/day. It worked immediately, but I had to stop taking it because after only a few days I had terrible side effects-- like huge canker sores in my mouth and sores on my scalp. I took Ibuprofen only occasionally as I do not like to take any medicine. After 2 months my knee felt better, but still with a considerable amount of inflammation which reduced my range of motion.. After several more months I began re-introducing normal activities--carefully. Out of the blue I had another similar episode. MRI revealed slight a degenerative tear to the medial meniscus. The pain, inflammation, and instability was not as responsive to the Ibuprofen as I had hoped, so I cut the Meloxicam into 3.75 mg pieces and took that for 4 days. Even though it helped, I decided that I would not take it again because the known side effects for long term (and even short term) use are well documented and not at all acceptable for me.I began researching alternatives. I already take Fish Oil and Glucosamine/Chondroitin. I found the research on Turmeric and was intrigued. I chose Dr. Olivia because I felt a sense of trust in her philosophy, and I was encouraged by all the positive reviews.Now for my review: I started taking this the day I received it--March 10--WHILE I was still having pain and inflammation. I took nothing else other than the fish oil and osteo-bi-flex. I started feeling improvement within the first 2-3 weeks but thought I was just my imagination. It was NOT my imagination. My knee feels completely back to normal. There is no pain or inflammation and I have resumed all regular activities--except distance running. I think those days are over! I truly believe that this product delivers as promised. I have already told all of my friends about my experience, and plan to continue using it as long as it is available. NOTE: Several reviewers have remarked that it caused an upset stomach. I have experienced this. I take both capsules with my evening meal.By the way, I paid full price for this. Contacted Dr. Olivia's Naturals via their website to inquire on color variations. They stated that they had problems with quality control in late Summer/early Fall - to much Ginger being added. I asked if that is what happened with the three bottles that I purchased as the color is brown vice the bright orange in the first few bottles that I ordered. They stated that color variation is normal.....not what I read everywhere else. I am a 45 year old female and began having major arthritis pain in my knees over the past year. I am very active and enjoy running, so it was very difficult for me to cope with. I tried lots of different things, and some gave some partial results, but this is the miracle I've been asking for. I now take this along with increasing my vitamin D and my knees fell almost 100%. I love this turmeric. It's been VERY good at shrinking my swollen knees and healing some of the inflammation in my legs. After I bought it I received and email from the company giving me tips on how to make it more effective (take with fish oil, it really increases the efficacy!). They did NOT beg me to write a review before I'd even had time to try out the product, NOR did they offer me a discount to review it. Purchased this product in the hope it would be a viable alternative to ibuprofen or naproxen sodium. Am pleased to say it seems to be that, as I am half way through my second bottle. The improvement has been very gradual, and increased when I upped my dose to 4 capsules a day. Have read that absorption is enhanced when taking fish oil at the same time, so I do that. I appreciate that extracts of turmeric, boswellia and ginger are all offered in a single product. Its fairly expensive and it would be nice if it were offered in a greater quantity at a lower cost per pill. Read more

I’ve been taking this for about seven months, for arthritis pain. I forgot to re-order due to being distracted with everything going on with COVID-19, and really noticed a difference in the ache in my hands from arthritis, after missing it for about four days.
