This is absolutely the best bowel formula I have ever taken. It empties yr bowel without loose or watery evacuations. Works, not every single time but works. And it takes a few times for your body to get used to it... you may get diarrhea or zero result (poop) first few times you have the capsules. I've felt so much better with IBS since using this product. Dr Christophers formulas really do work. I have used the Nerve formula, Relax-Eze, and liquid Nerve formula and think they are very good also. They seem to help with getting to sleep and I think they may be helping with Restless Leg Syndrome; also. I think studying some of his literature helps to know what products will help you. My only question is this. I received Lower Bowel Formula in the mail. We live in the desert and the box sat in the mailbox in 106 degree temp for about six to eight hrs. Tne directions say store in a cool dry place. I wish it had been a different mail carrier, as they would have put the pk on the porch in the shade. Will they be damaged? Oh, one more thing. If you are looking to cure yourself of something like IBS you need to try and eliminate some of the things that trigger it. Works better then Miralax. I don't want to be without this stuff! It takes a few days to get working but after that it continues to do the trick. I take three at lunch and three at dinner since I can't remember to do it three times a day and it works just fine dosed that way. Read more
