We bought this for our 1 year old and it looks great, rides great but wait. After owning for 4 months the handle keeps collapsing while pushing it. Getting a replacement from them is like pulling teeth. Firstly they take forever to acknowledge your complaint, then they treat you like you are lying! after we proved the issue (took over four weeks) we received a replacement handle, 4 months later (in this time we have moved to Singapore) the handle collapses again, no chance of another replacement so we now have wait until he can ride it on his own. The best trike/toddler stroller! My son started using this when he was 10 months...he was very safe and secure and absolutely loves cruising around on the trike. Easy to fold, perfect for air travel, and everyday use! The s3 doesn’t come with a storage bag and I haven’t found I needed it. Only complaint is the shoulder pads on the straps constantly fall down. Honestly, I was going to return it because it's too bulky for the trolley/ public transportation BUT my daughter loved it so much, I honestly never thought she was going to love a tricycle so much but she sits on it at home and just loves it. It's easy to maneuver with one hand but I'm not strong enough. Keep in mind these wheels are not hard and are not air filled so the baby feels the bumps hard. My neighborhood has a lot of cracks and bumps on the sidewalk. This isn't an issue if you walk at a leisurely pace and your child loves being on the trike. I love it and recommend it. Read more

I've been using this bike for a year with my son. We got it because we love the easy convenience of the stroller/car seat. That said I would not recommend it to anyone nor buy it again. Actually I wouldn't even give it away to anyone after we're done using it.Cons: It is very hard to fold up I've never folded it up once since the day we put it together because you have to take the pin out.It is very hard to push and steer and requires two hands at all times and constant adjustments. The handle is very stiff and hard to control.It is also not well balanced and if you're trying to go off or over a curb or uneven ground a little bit it it very easily tips over.And it was quite expensive.Pros:My son enjoys riding in it everyday although he would have enjoyed any bike I believe.The aesthetic of it is very nice and we get compliments on how it looks but the functionality is terrible. Somewhat easy to fold, comfort is ok, easy to use is ok too. For a younger baby the foot rest is very small and not easy to rest. Biggest problem is the seat belt. There is no harness holding right and left shoulder lines together, the click buckle is located at the belly bottom area so the shoulder lines kept on falling off the shoulder, the pad is very small and easily moves out of the neck or chest area. My LO loves this. She hates going in a stroller but loves being pushed around in this. The bike is easy to use and putting it ways is just a few quick steps. When folded up the bike takes up no space at all. I would suggest paying a little more and getting the Version that offers the travel bag. I thought that is what was included in this one but it was just a small storage bag for small items like toys. Read more
