War ein Fehlkauf, da Produkt enthält nicht ausschließlich die vom Körper verwertbare R-ALA, sondern wohl ca. 50% davon und 50% L-ALA. Daher würde ich zukünftig lieber ein Produkt kaufen, das nur R-ALA und dafür mehr davon enthält bzw. preiswerter ist. Man kann scheinbar auch einfach direkt Leinöl bzw.
