The media could not be loaded.  Doesn't come with carseat straps sleeves. For the type of item this is you would've thought they would be included. All other head support items I've seen come with the strap sleeves I'm just disappointed this didn't include them. I really wanted to like this product. I was looking for an inexpensive car seat insert for my newborn baby that would keep her head stable and help her fit snuggly and safely for car rides. I noticed after the first time I used it my daughter’s head was sweaty and her backside (touching the soft insert) was very hot. I thought maybe it was because we were using both inserts (maybe too much insulation?) so we tried just the outer one and the same thing kept happening. Baby would be screaming in the car, and at first we thought she was just fussy or hungry. But when we got home to take her out she was extremely hot. We tried using fans, turning up AC in the car to full blast, but nothing helped. I felt so bad and my husband and I both agreed just to stop using this product altogether. Just spend the extra money and get something that’s breathable, not soft or fuzzy like this one where it traps heat. You’ll save yourself some heartache! Read more

My newborn is a preemie (5lbs 4oz) .I needed something that would provide her with head support in her car seat so that she wasn't falling all over the place during car rides. This works perfectly. This silly soft padded support works perfectly in a stroller, infant swing, car seat or any other place you might place your baby. Excellent for securing newborn babies. I used it until my baby outgrew it. I honestly miss the headrest portion of it. We live in Florida and I did find it a little too warm for my baby in the summer, but it wasn’t bothersome enough to make me stop using it. Read more

I purchased this with the intention of using for a baby car seat (not Diono brand). I was told by our Pediatrician and multiple nurses not to use a car seat.I can certainly appreciate the neck support it provides with the right thickness of fabric (not bulky at all). This also has a comfortable positioning for my baby neck as they grow with removable parts with sufficient space for belts.We don't use this for an infant car seat.We use this with a rocker/chair that's little too big for an infant. We recline the seat a bit, props the seat with this insert to support baby's body (been using since week 2) and keep the baby upright well after feedings to reduce spit up's. Read more

Very soft and feels comfortable. Hard to adjust after placing the baby since the head support buttons easily come loose.The small insert is for newborns under 2 weeks old. I bought this after my baby was 3 weeks old and has to use the large one. Even that after 5 weeks feels quite tight. Wish both inserts were a bit larger. In unsere Autoschale (Cybex Aton) passt es super rein und hilft, dass das Köpfchen nicht abknickt, unser Baby sich nicht in der Schale "verliert" und hin- und herrutscht. Das Material ist kuschelig weich (im Sommer zu warm?), die Farben aus meiner Sicht geschlechtsneutral.Die Bewertung der Stützfunktion ist ein subjekltiver Eindruck, bei eher geringer Nutzung (eben nur beim Autofahren). Es gibt sicher Produkte mit höherer Stützfunktion. Über Haltbarkeit kann noch keine Aussage getroffen werden, da erst kurz im Einsatz. Good product although found out from my chiropractor that the smallest insert should not be touching the top of new baby’s head because the skull is still forming. So I ditched the cream coloured one and left the blue that doesn’t rest on his head but still supports the sides. Read more
