Original review: “Was really excited for this, unfortunately it doesn’t charge though.”Update: after posting my review customer support immediately reached out to me apologizing and offered either a refund or replacement, as I really wanted this for my toddler I opted for the replacement. The customer service is 10/10 for sure. I will update my review again when I receive the new product but I am anticipating a 5 star!Updated update: I’m giving a 3 only because customer service was amazing. They sent me a replacement for free and didn’t even require I send the original back so it was hassle free. Unfortunately I can not recommend this product though. Even the replacement still had the same issue as the first. I started to think, “okay, this must be user error, right?” So I did surgery on the product and cut open the rubber backing to see if it wasn’t charging because I was putting it in the wrong spot or something. This of course would make it no longer waterproof, but I was okay with that if it would at least charge. So first after cutting open the back I thought, “ah ha! The rubber is so thick that the charger couldn’t reach!” So then I tried plugging it in again.. but still no charge. It seems like there is a serious design flaw because when I do plug it in (before and after cutting the rubber) it’s incredibly loose, like it isn’t connecting to anything. Either way, I’m pretty disappointed. My son was doing really well with this before it died, and since it won’t charge I will have to find something else for him. Read more
My Daughter just turned one. She hates the traditional toothbrush and we have been hunting for a solution. Not wanting to spend 100 bucks like the competition toothbrush, we gave this a try. She carries it around, chewing away. She loves the light and the vibration doesn't startle her at all. It doesn't fit into her mouth the way it is designed to yet but she will grow into it. There are little silicone "fingers" that stimulate her gums and scrub her little teeth. It needs to be charged every night. Its a good start if you want your children to use a power toothbrush. This was one of the only ways I could get my daughter to brush her teeth. It worked great the first couple months then it stopped charging and now won't turn on. For an almost $40 toothbrush it should last longer than that. Read more
The toothpaste gets stuck the the groove and you have to use your fingers to get it out. Gross. And their teeth weren't getting cleaned. Read more
