This bottle of 60 gummies is for 20 days since a serving is 3 gummies for 5g of fiber.Currently at $19.69/bottle, that means you’ll be spending close to $1/day for these.Compare that with Vitafusion FiberWell gummies, currently at $24.56 [FOR A 2-PACK!] of 90 gummies @ 2/day - that’s 180 gummies total. You’d be spending about $.28/day for the same 5g of fiber.They both promote the probiotic aspect, so it’s just a matter of marketing as to how much that’s featured.Bottom line? These probiotic fiber gummies from Schiff are delicious and the gummies are soft and easy to chew. I don't think I lack fiber in my diet but the probiotics are much appreciated since they help me with digestion and the occasional bloating feeling.I haven't noticed any changes to my rhythm - once to twice daily - but it doesn't mean the gummies are not helping.If I get them again, it wouldn't be for the fibers but for the probiotics. Schiff is a very reliable supplement brand so I jumped at the chance to review these. This is simply a Pre / Probiotic that throws in 5g of fiber. The gummies are naturally flavored and actually pretty tasty. Schiff uses DE111 Bacillus Subtitles, a proven effective Probiotic. It is manufactured in Canada. With age "everything" slows down. so I've used probiotic gummies for a few years. I'd seen this brand at WalMart but due to the price, opted for the cheaper probiotic only house brand.
