I could take 2 of the DEFENSE formula daily and I had no dairy limitations, however the defense formula is no longer available. I ordered defense 2-3 times and received the support formula which is totally different. It does not work.Can't figure out why they quit making it. Read more

If you are lactose intolerant as I am, then take one or two of these pills ( I usually take two) before consuming meals that have milk products and you should be OK. Read more
