I must admit that I was almost scared to try them. I have tried apple cider vinegar shots and I just couldn't keep it down. Even with all of the health benefits, it can't do anything for you if you can't injest it. I thought these might be slightly better so I gave them a chance. The media could not be loaded.  These are delicious, not that I’m aware of how these and the liquid shots work. I took the liquid for a while, but couldn’t stand the taste of it. So when I saw these, I thought they would be worth a shot (no pun intended!). They taste amazing! I got these because they were a little cheaper than goli. Someone gave me some goli and suggested I buy them so I got these instead... they taste pretty good. I eat 2 in the morning and then I forget about it. I realize later in the day that I haven't eaten as much as normal. Im not craving sugary food either (odd for me!). I have to say these tasted really good! I bought these because I can't handle the smell even of apple cider vinegar. I also like that they're organic and raw and don't have any dyes in them. I'm really sensitive to almost everything. Unfortunately these made me nauseous I know ACV can do that to people after reading up on it. It did help stop some of my digestive issues but it gave me terrible nausea and I felt like I had the flu so unfortunately I'm not going to continue apple cider vinegar. I'm pretty bummed about it because I know it has really great benefits and I will have to figure out what else I can try that doesn't make me nauseous. However I am still giving us a good review as the company was really so nice when I contacted them and they have excellent customer service and I really did like the products I love the ingredients and I love the taste I just appear to be sensitive to apple cider vinegar. Just started with these but I have noticed that if I take 2 about an hour or so after dinner.... definitely don't have the urge to snack or eat at night. So...I'm not usually one to write reviws, but these worked for me. I've only had them for 3 days and I (no lie) lost 3 pounds. I was totally floored. I've been on a diet for two months and lost 40 lbs. so far and really wanted something to help get me to my weight goal a bit faster. I shdn't expect anything to wirk quickly, and nearly spent $60 on the Goli gummies, and saw these. I figured, what the heck, and went for it. They are much less expensive. They have a strong vinger smell, but not a vinegar flavor. It says to take one per day not exceeding 8 per day, so I went with 3 per day. One with each meal. A very slight difference to the cap of container - now ridged as compared to my previous order that isn't ridged.Significant difference in this order though, is the taste of the gummies.
