My doctor prescribed this for me and I love them. My nails and hair seem to be growing better and not breaking as easily. There is no fishy taste or burping (however I did leave one in the cubby of my car door because i meant to take it later on and I forgot it - lets just say that in 90 degrees it will eventually smell like fish, especially after several days!! Oddly, my eyes stopped the constant watering and tearing. No fishy burp. I have to say I tried many fish oils, but this one, because it contains 3 Omegas, I think it's the best one so far. A little pricey is my only complaint, but I like this product. Read more

I have used omega-3s for years, including Wiley's, Carlson's, Nordic Naturals, and even a vegan algae supplement.
