This brand of colloidal silver was recommended by my holistic doctor a few years ago. I get the big bottle and use it to refill my spray bottle. I was advised to spray five times in the face every day as a preventative to ward off viruses, inhaling the droplets through the nose and mouth. There is no bad taste and it is colorless like water.
