I got this after a recommendation from a friend. I explained my symptoms and she agreed that it sounds like adrenal fatigue. She is seeing a naturopath who put her on this supplement. It has helped her greatly so I ordered it. I took one capsule and noticed I felt relaxed but not in a tired way. Felt like my heart rate and bp dropped. I take one in the morning and one in the evening. Been doing that for about 4 days and when I get home from work I am ready to take it bc it makes me feel so much better. I have actually been able to get something’s done around the house after work instead of sitting on the couch and not moving. I know it’s only been a few days but I am excited. I have cabinets full of supplements as I have been trying to treat my fatigue for years bc I haven’t gotten help from my dr. So this is promising! Read more

Having struggled with anxiety and stress that was affecting my sleep and also my day, my Functional Medicine MD started me on this and Designs for Health-Neurolink for the two weeks until my lab results came back. Within two days, I was feeling MUCh better, sleeping through the night and not so revved-up feeling during the day. The herbs calm and the PS helps tamp down some cortisol, though it has not reduced my blood levels, which has led to further supplementation with SeriPhos in the morning. I highly recommend both this product and seeing a Functional Medicine Dr, who will look for and treat the CAUSE of your symptoms. Mine is all for natural remedies and not throwing Rx meds at your symptoms, which can often have devastating withdrawal effects and crippling side effects.
