Very small gel cap and easy to take. I have cancer and tocotrienols are the way to go when taking Vitamin E. Tocopherols mixed with tocotrienols render the tocotrienols useless and they are the ones that kill cancer cells. Do your research on Vitamin E, especially if you have cancer. It can make a difference. Read more

I decided to give this particular form of Vitamin E a try after reading various studies about delta & gamma tocotrienols that indicate benefits for a surprising number of conditions - of interest to me was inflammation. I've only been taking it about two weeks now, 1 a day, and have already noticed some improvement. I think it's only fair to give it a full month - possibly two - before drawing a valid conclusion. Supplements are not like drugs/phramaceuticals, and you have to give them time to work. I chose this particular brand because it contains DeltaGold, which is tocopherol free (so no interference) and is derived in a "clean" way from the annatto plant. So far, so good. It's a little expensive, which is why I'm only giving it 4 stars. If in a month or two I notice a dramatic difference in how I feel (or if my cholesterol numbers go down - another touted benefit) I will come back and give it SIX stars. Read more
My liver enzymes have been elevated for 2 years and after about a little more than a month of taking these, my latest lab work showed my enzymes were within the normal range. I cant prove it was the supplements that did it but it was the only thing I added or changed. Read more
