I'm a fitness fanatic who has been going to the gym regularly for more than two decades. Also, I run, I hike, bike, and yoga. Over the years, I have tried MANY different brands. With most shakes, I never saw the bottom of the box. The reasons? Gas, constipation, bad flavor, stomach bulging, skin irritability, etc. A shake is truly supposed to help you in your efforts to stay healthy, no harm you after a hard workout.Aria does exactly that!! I'm very grateful for that product. It not only slims you and gives you the exact amount of protein, but it feels great on the stomach. You can use it before, after and during workout. You can used it for breakfast and it is amazing as a dinner substitude. You can add raw cocoa powder or instant coffee - then you really have a fuel! I've been using it for 1 year now. I’m trying to lose weight so I decided to cut out my morning coffee (packed with sugar and even more sugar from all the creamer I used) and instead drink a meal replacement shake in the morning. I usually never eat breakfast and obviously that’s not very healthy. So I’ve been mixing 2 scoops of Aria protein powder (vanilla) with roughly 8 oz of unsweetened vanilla almond milk, about 1/2 a banana because I have a personal sized blender (have to keep it small) and a good amount of fresh spinach. I really like it with some kind of fruit added, it is a little bland on its own but that makes it great for adding your own flavor with fruits and veggies. It’s only chalky if you don’t add enough milk in my opinion. I usually have my shake around 7am and don’t eat til noon. Strangely I feel hungrier after eating at lunch than I do from just my shake in the morning. It’s a bonus too that you can add it to other things like baked goods. Haven’t tried that yet but I definitely will. And I’m about to subscribe to this on my next order! (16 servings per container is just over 2 weeks if you only drink it once a day! Crazy deal!) I have been drinking this for over 6 years. It was the only thing I could stomach with my first pregnancy.I mix with 6oz unsweetened almond milk, 1 banana, and 5 frozen strawberries in my ninja cup every day. There is no chalky flavor, my kids have even tasted it and liked it.I tried the same brand in regular vanilla (not the aria womens) and it was TERRIBLE.Never hungry before lunchtime and easy enough to make before I run out the door.The only other brand I have used and liked is Olly, but it is expensive in comparison. *update*This protein did make me breakout on my face and shoulders. I get hormone acne flare ups and dairy can make it worse - I’m thinking it was the whey in this that made my skin so bad. May have to switch to plant based.Despite what others were saying,I actually enjoy the taste of this shake. When combined with half water half almond milk it sort of tastes like birthday cake batter! I don’t think it’s gritty either, but I also use my ninja to blend so it combines pretty smoothly. I also love to combine it with coffee shakes, smoothies, etc. Also you can’t beat that price! I bought this because other protein powders make me feel bloated. I noticed it was gluten free and decided to give it a try! LOVE IT! Tastes good and has a good amount of protein. This is another. Or more like the only other protein powder I enjoy and will recommend....Well so far. But I believe that thay can't be beat. This one: Aria Vanilla and Nature's Bounty Chocolate Protein. These are now both in my permanent health pantry ;) I'm telling you guys. They can't be beat in my opinion. I was hesitant at first because of the whole “Label falls off” thing but when I got mine, I checked to see if the container was sealed itself and it was so I honestly can care less about a label, I care about what’s inside. It smells amazing, taste amazing and last a good hour or two for me. I add 4oz of milk and 6oz of water with the two scoops instead of the recommended 8oz as my Mid day or night time snack. I had bought this before and liked it a lot. Couldn't find it again to reorder so I bought another protein powder thinking it wouldn't matter much protein powder is protein powder. Wrong! The other one tastes funny and though I doggedly tried to use it figuring I'd adjust to the taste. Wrong again! Smoothies tasted odd. Suddenly I was able to find Aria again for some reason.
