KEY INGREDIENTS: Olive Oil - conditions and softens the hair during texturizing process Shea Butter - protects and hydrates the hair and scalp USAGE INSTRUCTIONS: Preliminary Strand Test: Take a small amount of Texturizer and apply to a strand of hair and spread evenly from root area to end. Leave on for anticipated application and processing time, but no longer than 15 minutes. Note any straightening of hair or any damage to hair. If test shows straightening, hair breakage or other signs of damage, do not use product until hair has been conditioned and re-tested. Directions: Step 1 Apply Restore Vitamin Treatment to previously chemically treated hair, gently combing through for even distribution. Step 2 Base scalp and hair line with CALM Soothing Scalp Protection. Step 3 Separate hair into four sections. Step 4 Wearing protective gloves, take 1/2 inch partings and apply Texturizer to the hair beginning 1/8 inch from scalp and being careful not to apply to the porous ends. DO NOT APPLY DIRECTLY TO SCALP. (For a retouch, apply to new growth only.) Step 5 Complete entire head. Step 6 Comb through to ends using a large tooth comb. Step 7 DO NOT EXCEED MAXIMUM TIME OF 15 MINUTES FOR APPLICATION AND PROCESSING. Step 8 Rinse hair with warm water until hair is free of Texturizer, staying clear of the eyes. Step 9 Follow with Milk & Honey Neutralizing Conditioning Shampoo and condition with Milk & Honey 6N1 Reconstructive Conditioner.
