Dermarest psoriasis shampoo does leave my clean and soft. It does take care of the sores, flakes and itches. But... beware I will never use it again. My hair fell out by the hand fulls. My hair was very thick now very thin because of dermarest. I now use a basic few ingredient shampoo My hair is better and not losing hair by hand fulls now.I did not buy dermarest from Amazon.
