You just squirt some in a small container, add a little water at a time while stirring and keep adding a little water until it's as thick or thin as you want it. It still dries very quickly on your skin wherever you use it. I put my new mixture in one of those airline squeeze bottles that you can get at any dollar store. After several months of use this product had no measurable effect on dry cracked skin on heels or any other part of my feet. In addition, the crimped end of the tube opened up so every time you squeeze the tube you have product coming out both ends of the tube. It is nothing but a big mess. I contacted the company regarding these issues, since it had a "money back" guarantee and the company did not even have the courtesy to reply. I have eczema and have tried EVERY product to come down the pike. I put Dermal Therapy on in the morning and before noon I noticed that I did not have a bit of dry skin on my hands or feet. I can hide my feet most of the time but my scaly raw skin tag ravaged hands were harder to hide. I liked "Dermal Therapy Heel Care Cream " better than "Foot Dermix" that I had been using exclusively for the past year. That was a very good product, but it was rather expensive. I thought I would give "Dermal Therapy Heel Care Cream " a try, and I like it even better! It goes on feeling a little greasy, but absorbs almost immediately. I use it on my feet, and sometimes on my hands too when they are really dry & cracked. Cost is a lot more reasonable, though still more than over the counter store bought foot cream. Excellent product. I bought this to try and it worked great. It does not leave your skin feeling greasy after use, your skin feels softer and it last a long time. I also bought this for my mom.
